Achieve More With Sitecore

I've talked to a lot of companies about their CMS or DXPs over the years and there's a common theme I hear: not having achieved expectations. It's easy, and perhaps human to point the finger at the tool. But fortunately, in the case of Sitecore, the customer is actually using a very powerful tool that is entirely capable of helping them achieve the results they want. The problem isn't the platform; it's the fuel.

Without the right strategy, the right mind-set and the right execution - you lose - no matter the platform. I've talked to many customers and often times they come bearing similar goals and similar disappointments - no matter how you define it, they want to achieve better digital performance. The reasons they haven't often boil down to the strategies from product messaging, to understanding their own customers, sometimes the product itself, and often times the delivery is to fault.

There's a lot to unpack here. And while as a Sitecore Ambassador MVP I want to preach the best uses of the platform, and tell you about the new products and outstanding features -- here I want to take you a few steps back.

In this newsletter I'm going to share frameworks, theories, experiences and many opinions that will help you get more out of Sitecore. While some of things I write may be new, some may be familiar -- my goals remain the same -- to help those using Sitecore get more, and to help those considering Sitecore to make a decision and start off on the right path to success.

Leading up to Sitecore Symposium in mid-October I will likely post more frequently with updates. Please subscribe and stay tuned!

Next up: What began as a quest to improve product marketing transformed into a mindset shift.
